Our Homes
There are 34 fully-equipped private homes in our community. Shared walls combine to form 3-6 homes per building. The homes are owned individually as condominiums. Nevada City Cohousing offers five different floor plans. Members pay a monthly Homeowners Association fee based on the size their home.
